The vessel features a smooth, brownish-tan surface characteristic of the artist's refined yet grounded style.
Formed through the primal method of unglazed, high-fire baking, it maintains a remarkably soft texture to the touch alongside a poised silhouette.
Elegant streaks of reddish flame marks, painted naturally by the fire within the kiln, bestow a subtle landscape upon the rounded form.
With use, the clay slowly deepens in luster, absorbing the spirit of the sake poured into it.
